All Mortgage Consultants have three months to get licensed (for those who came from banks) and their employment is discontinued if this requirement is not met. Most Mortgage Consultants here have been licensed for ten years or more, and many of them hold Real Estate Broker licenses.

We take pride in our reputation, which is why we require California DRE Licensing, and we have been a member of the Better Business Bureau for several years. We have never had a complaint with either agencies.
